For over 50 years, Sovereign has been actively engaged in complex leak mitigation. Originally founded in South Africa in 1972 to serve the domestic deep subsurface mining industry, Sovereign has broadened its reach and the industries we serve to include large scale civil and energy projects in tunnels and in mines worldwide.

Sovereign’s goal is to continue to be a global leader in the development and application of polymer grouts with a focus on safety and quality assurance. Our research teams are continuously pursuing new technologies that will lead to grout formulations and application methods that produce the ultimate water seal for any hydrogeological setting.

We are also expanding the successful application of our grouts to mining, civil projects and energy sites within and beyond our existing core markets in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The Sovereign Group of Companies currently maintain operations in Australia, the United States, Canada, and Singapore.
