The Sovereign Hydroseal management team is committed to working with the entire organization, clients and partners in a spirit of consultation and cooperation to achieve the highest standard of safety and health for all employees and stakeholders.

Employees at every level are responsible and accountable for Sovereign’s overall safety initiatives. Employees have the right and the duty to participate every day in every job, as necessary, for their safety and the safety excellence of the operations. Management supports participation in the Safety Program by all employees and provides proper training, equipment and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely and, wherever possible, continuously improving upon safety measures.
